When I first got into the buy-to-let rental market, over 10 years ago, one of the greatest problems I had was finding good-quality trades people who were also reliable. Today, through BNI, that’s no longer an issue I have to endure.
A couple of weeks ago the letting agent looking after our most recent two buy-to-lets contacted me and said, before the tenant they have found can move in, one of the bedrooms of one property needs a new carpet. There wasn’t a question in my mind who we were going to use for this: Dave Tilston, from Tower Flooring.
