Such a great idea!!

I had the breakfast burrito and my friend had the southside eggs muffin. Both delicious and big portions!

Food arrived hot, not beaten up and somehow the egg yolks still runny?!

The food was nice but the follow-up customer service terrible. The hash browns were missing from my order but a simple refund seems to be impossible which is extremely odd. I then had a random message asking for account details over email which seems strange given that they should just be able to refund me from the app. When I replied saying that I felt uncomfortable with this and not very happy with the customer service experience I had no reply. Such a pity as it's a really good concept - if they have trouble issuing refunds then they could have thought creatively (vouchers for example) on how they could retrieve the situation but no. I don't think I could order from them again but I'm sure another company will be hot on their heels soon.

Certainly the best place to order breakfast for a big staff meeting. They provide dishes for all types of dietary requirements and are able to handle bulk orders, our last order was for over 100 people. The pancakes are ridiculously tasty and the savoury breakfast muffins are full of flavour. Would highly recommend!

Many thanks for the breakfast today. Arrived perfectly ahead of schedule. Thank you. A colleague has just described it as “the best breakfast we’ve had”. So we will most definitely be ordering again next month. The sausage rolls have gone down a treat!

Ordered breakfast from these guys for the office multiple times now. Service is fantastic and the food always makes the team happy. Repeat orders are on autopilot!

Whoever said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day clearly had never ordered from this slick, delicious & utterly addictive source of yummy goodness. I would eat their treats for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Ronald McDonald can do one. These are the only muffins for me. LOVE
