Free to enter place of worship. Worth going to see the tomb of King John alone. On this visit certain sections weren't open due to repairs , which did spoil the visit a little. There are some great tombs and a wonderful carved wooden triptych. Also a lovely cloister area to walk round which is where you will find a cafe, toilets and gift shop. We'll worth a visit. Most days the cathedral shuts at 5pm

Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Worcester. No admission fees but donations are very much appreciated. So much to look at- from the stained glass to the intricate carvings and painting on the ceiling and altars/ tombs.

Stunning Cathedral and so well maintained. Spent over half an hour in there, interactive info on King John's tomb which was really interesting and lots of descriptions and museum artefacts showing the abundance of fossils both in the Cathedral and the surrounding areas. Well worth a visit.

Stunning, vast, an overwhelming space. Personally, I could have done without all the posters and educational displays in the crypt which, to my mind, subverted the atmosphere of the place but that doesn't really detract from what is an astonishing, humbling experience. And the café is pretty good too...

Beautiful cathedral, would love to have gone inside for a look round but there was an event on. So went into the gardens at the back which has lovely views over the river towards the city. Managed to get some pics as the sun was setting.

A masterpiece of living history, I sense God still dwells here, it feels warm and alive, unlike most cathedral's, beautiful inside and out. Having since visited a couple more times and attend Sunday morning service, the sung Eucharist with the cathedral cloisters and other visiting choirs its heavenly to listen too. The sermons were relative and extracts from the bible put into modern context.

Well worth a visit if you're in the area. Friendly folk throughout the cathedral if you have any questions. Easy, no pressure donation stations around the building much like other cathedrals that I've visited. Take the time to explore as much as you can (don't miss the crypts) and read some of the inscriptions around the site. Nice place for quiet contemplation if you're that way inclined - if you're not, why not give it a go?

Lovely cathedral dating back to the 13th century. We went to see the annual Criistmas tree displays. Must have been about 50 with assorted decorations. Very pretty and free too. Cathedral well worth a visit. Recommended
