Harrington House Cattery

Firstly, the cat pens really are brill. Super-clean, loads of space, cat trees in each, heated beds...the best pens I've ever seen bar none.

We've had our cats stay here a few times now...and they always looked very well looked after and cared for.

Our only issue has been with communications. The staff have very rarely returned our calls after leaving a message...so we just had to keep calling until somebody picked up.

Several times we've arrived for drop-off / collection (at an agreed time) to find either nobody about, or very hard to get hold of. They don't always answer the door at the house (adjacent) and phone calls tend to ring through to answering machine.

All in all, a really well-equipped cattery, which just needs a little refinement with regards to customer communication.

5*+ Wouldn't take Topaz any where else If she couldn't get in we wouldn't go on holiday She is always treated like royalty by very caring people.

Our two cats love staying here. They settle in straightaway. The people who look after them are lovely with them.

Brilliant staff friendly and helpful and the cats loved it so thanks again and keep up the awesome work - this Cattery came highly recommended and I see why 😊
