Highfield Cat Hotel

Highfield Cat Hotel is highly recommended. We would never had used any other cattery.
Looked after our Cat " Harry" for over a decade until unfortunately our cat was no longer with us.
Sue and Sarah are very caring and we always felt our cat was always well looked after when we went on holidays.
Being cat owners but in reality I think it should be the other way round it can be difficult to find somewhere you know is right and trust and it was the same for us many years ago until we found Highfield Cat Hotel.

The hotel is fantastic. All of the rooms are spacious with an outdoor area, a comfy indoor area and plenty of ledges and climbing apparatus. Nora and Harry spent two weeks there and were very happy when they were collected.

Communication from the first time I enquired was excellent, as was the communication and photos we received whilst they were at the hotel.

All in all, thoroughly recommended.

Amazing cattery, great friendly staff and amazing with our cat, I would highly recommend anybody to go here, we have been going here for at least 5 years, your cat is not just in safe hands but well looked after and cared for.

We send our two cats here and the whole service is very well ran. The kennels are clean and spacious are both Sue and Sarah are so welcoming. What's more is that you can tell is more than just a business to them, they show a real interest in each of the cats. Keep u the great work!

My Norwegian Forest Cats had never been to a cattery before and I was rather apprehensive but I had to get electrical work done so it was necessary. The family chalets are very well designed and spacious and clean. Sarah and Sue do go the extra mile to make the cats feel at home, advising me to send beds and toys with the cats. They both come over as very caring and true cat lovers who have genuine empathy for their feline clients.
