Dogs Paws and Cats Whiskers

We was so impressed with this kennel. We picked our dog up from the kennel today, it was her first time at this particular kennel. We recieved a couple of texts letting us know how our dog was, and what she has been doing during the day. We was reassured knowing she was happy there.
She is now booked in for her second holiday.

Arnie went to West farm for the first time this weekend and we couldn't be happier. He was obviously very content there and the team were helpful and reassuring. We would definitely recommend these kennels and have no qualms about our big boy returning thus summer.

AVOID this place. We have had a very poor experience with Bev directly on the last few occasions. Initially she was very nice but this started to soon change. For a start her attitude is very poor. Its like she has a split personality, one visit she nice to you and the next visit she's miserable and abrupt. I know my dog very well and when a customer is giving you a handover its your Job to listen and not to talk over them. You should act on the customers advice and not push them out when they are dropping their dog. I asked back in May to book my dog in for Aug. I heard nothing back. Checked in with Bev twice since May and got no reply. Checked in again with Bev yesterday to find out if our dog is booked in. She told me he is not and that they got booked up quickly for the Summer. Why not tell me this back in MAY?. She clearly got my text messages. There is no booking management at this place - very old school system. The payment system is very poor too. We are in 2022!!!!!! No one carries cash around anymore. If this is how you deal with people I wonder how your dealing with peoples pets. I think you might need a career change.

I have taken both my cat and dog and they were very well.looked after for 11 days. Bev and her staff are very welcoming and positive

A big thank you to Bev and her team for looking after my dog Archie so very well, I would highly recommend these kennels, it was my dogs first time in kennels so I was a little nervous but the regular updates really put my mind at rest and when I collected him he came out looking happy with his tail wagging, I will definitely be using there services again.

It was been the most pleasant experience with Bev, highly recommended and very knowledgeable. I picked up a puppy last week in very good health and had been well looked after. I saw all relatives and even came home with a goody bag for my new puppy. Puppy is fine and passed all vets checks and is KC registered. Very good experience and Bev is lovely, highly recommended.

Our 11month old rotti has stayed with dogs paws twice now and he absolutely loves it. We've never been happier to leave our dog with such a wonderful and caring company. Bev and her team are fantastic. He's got acres of land to explore and a very safe environment. He can't wait to go again.

I first tried out Bev’s kennels after being left unimpressed by a couple of others in Derby. This was several years ago and I haven’t looked back since. The dogs are so happy when they arrive for their stay which speaks volumes as to just how well looked after they are. They always leave the same weight that they were when they arrived which hadn’t happened at another kennels. I have recommended Dogs Paws for years now and continue to do so.
