We used 5 Oaks as an emergency booking when our dog sitter let us down. Having never used kennels before we were apprehensive about leaving our large labradoodle in one. Thankfully our fears were unfounded. She absolutely loved it there, loved the people who are really friendly, and who were happy to accommodate her special medical needs and dietary requirements. I would definitely recommend 5 Oaks, and would certainly use them again.

Small business with attentive kennel staff. Pooches are always happy here. Clean and sheltered in poor weather. Groomers have premises next door for a wash and brush up. We are confident and worry free leaving our dogs here. Prices are also good value.

Since our old kennels shut we've struggled to find anywhere our dog is 'hapoy' but he seems to really like it here. It's a small kennels and they really care about the animals they have in. They remembered him after the first time he went in, and he seems to go in the same kennel each time (not sure if that is deliberate or fluke, but it works for him!) love that they allow you to take and collect dog from their kennel, which reassures you that everything is safe and clean as a standard. Will keep using this kennels and would recommend to others. Pretty good price too compared to others locally x

I was really scared and nervous about putting my dogs in kennels but these were amazing. They put is straight at ease when we went to visit. Augustus and Juno shared a kennel so got to stay together. They were well looked after and the relief of this was amazing. We will be using them in future. Thanks for a great service looking after my doggies.

Very friendly staff which meant that Boots the cat was well taken care of. Plenty of fuss and attention with a nice clean of pen. Very good value for money.

Always so friendly and helpful. Whilst I always feel guilty leaving my dog when we go on hols she goes to Five Oaks happily wagging her tail.
