Berrylands Cattery & Pet Supplies

We have been using Berrylands Cattery for many years and have been delighted with experience for our moggy. They are very accommodating and flexible but more importantly they have a real love for cats which makes it less stressful for the cat. We leave our cat there for long periods and it's his home away from home. We can always rely on Paul and Yana and there's never a decision as to where our pretty boy goes when we are away.

We have just had our cat with Berrylands for a few days, and once again are very satisfied. We have used Berrylands on numerous occasions over a number of years. The owners appear to have a real love of cats, and our cats have always returned in excellent condition: well-groomed etc. Instructions regarding any medication and foods have always been followed. Berrylands also offer a reliable pick-up and drop-off service which we normally use. All-in-all, highly recommended.

We have boarded our cat with Yana and Paul for many years. Our cat is a little nervous and needy and they have always been incredibly kind towards her. She comes back to us very relaxed. They both love animals and do all they can to make her stay as enjoyable as possible.

Had a bad experience when Boarded my cat here.

The wrong cage was labelled up with my cats name. Lucky I spotted this as the cats would have been given the wrong dietary and medication details.

Also the food I left wasn't used. My cat was fed different food. My wet pouch food and treats were just left in a bag on top of the cage. The staff said they used their own food.

More effort could be made here.

We have boarded our cat with Berrylands Cattery for a number of years. Prior to finding them, we had bad experiences with other catteries and found Berrylands to be of a much better standard - friendly owners, clean and warm rooms for the cats and relaxing classical music playing! Our pretty stressy cat never minded going to stay and always came back calm and relaxed. I'd highly recommend them.

Despite that my cat is very anxious cat and she would not settle easy in a different environment, Yana and Paul have always ensured to keep us updated and they always tried hard to keep her as happy as possible during her boarding time with them. I used this facility twice during the last year and will always use it when I go away. I recommend it for the good service and their friendly approach. Thank you.

First time using this cattery. I arrived and was shown the room where my 2 cats would. be kept. It was spacious and has places for a cat to hide and feel at home. Yana held one of the cats and my cat took to her straight away. There was a kitty can installed so it made me happier that I could see my cats when I was away. Whilst away I was sent emails telling me how my cats were doing and any questions I asked was answered promptly. On returning I was happy with how my cats were looked after. The girl who had problems with her eyes was fine as it was evident her eyes was cleaned on a regular basis. Having had problems with various catteries I was anxious but I didn’t need to be as they were well cared for. Our pets are a part of our family and it meant so much that while we were away they were cared for. Thank you both for making my holiday a less stressful one!

My family have been using this cattery for years and highly recommended it. I was worried about my kitten staying in a cattery as we got him during the pandemic and has therefore not met many other people or cats. We had to book him in very last minute and they were so accommodating and I felt very happy leaving our cat here. He was so well looked after and the owners are very kind - you can tell they are cat lovers. Would use this cattery again and highly recommend.
