We loved the pawchester- as did our cat. Great customer service, lovely people, excellent facilities, funny name and our cat came back chilled out and refreshed just like us after our holiday!

This is a great company to work for! I was only here briefly (Due to personal commitments) and I miss working here very much! The manager at the time and the other girls were always very friendly and the owner is just lovely and passionate. Lovely place to work and lovely place to keep your cats safe when away!

Awful service for a cat hotel. If a 'hotel' have space, generally they would welcome customers. Not this one. Even with space available, one still has to book 2 WEEKS in advance. For no apparent reason, or at least not one the front desk staff was able to provide.
