Ferara Boarding cattery

The lady of the manor was extremely helpful.. They allowed us to bring our cats outside normal times (Bank Holiday), and both she and her man were friendly and kind.
The cats appear to have been very well looked after, and were contendedly sitting in their baskets when we went to pick them up, in no rush at all to leave.
There was a initial questionairre regarding food/diet preferences, and options in the even of illnesses.
We were really impressed with our experience, and will definitely use this cattery again should we need to.

The owner Jane got me out of a tight spot when my usual cattery had to cancel my reservation the date before my holiday due to Covid, by having a free pen for my two cats. £13.50 a day was cheaper than I normally pay, so good value. Only a ten minute journey from my house in Norwich which was a bonus. House is in a quiet rural location with good security and easy to locate.

My cat is always happy here, so much so I wasn’t sure he wanted to come home. He is obviously well looked after and has no anxiety or clinginess when he gets home.

First time for my two girls staying at Ferara and they have come home so happy and content, when we collected them this morning they were relaxed and I think they would like to have stayed longer.
The pens are spacious and spotlessly clean, which is so important to me, when I made the initial enquiry, I was offered to view the Cattery and made my mind up straight away that my girls would be happy there. Thank you Jane for being so accommodating. First class Cattery with 5 stars 🌟 🤩

Great cattery, 2nd time our cat has stayed and has been very relaxed and well looked after.

Not the greatest cattery. The pen had no outside area and little natural light. One of our cats was in a state of distress for several days afterwards, whereas she's been fine following staying at a different local cattery.

Our cattery of choice. We have 2 siamese cats, both typical to breed and one who is very "stressy". They always come back relaxed and calm after a stay, I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Highly recommended.
