Cozy Catz Cattery

Cozy Catz is a very friendly family-run cattery in south London. I've been boarding my cat here for quite a few years now whenever I go away and she always comes back happy and calm. Val and David are very attentive to every cat's needs, spend time with each cat and will even send a photo so you can see how your kitty is doing. The runs are cosy and clean and the whole atmosphere is really relaxed. I would definitely recommend!

My cats have had the pleasure of having a holiday with Val and David many times over the years. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and will look after your cats as well as you do. Their enclosures are spacious and clean, and they will ensure your cats are brushed and get any medication if needed. I have always had piece of mind whenever I have had to leave my two boys behind.

A really lovely cattery. Our 1 year old cat, Kiki stayed here 3 times and was very well looked after. Val and David obviously have a real passion for looking after cats. We would highly recommend. James and Farah

Our nine year old tabby named Mabel had previously never been left at a cattery, and we were initially apprehensive about going away for two weeks. From the moment we spoke to Val on the phone, she made us feel at ease and we knew that Mabel would be in good hands. When we collected Mabel after two weeks away, she was relaxed and looked-after, and it was as if she didn’t want to leave. At home she’s been extra loving and we even joked that she’s not the same cat - she tended to be moody/grumpy at times, but that’s now disappeared. We’d like to thank David and Val for their professionalism and exceptional service and business. We will 100% use Cozy Catz again. If only human hotels were this amazing.

Very friendly family business. I left my little girl Pepper there due to a business trip, they gave her a cozy pink room. Pepper came back home healthy and happy. She is even braver than before, she came out from the carrier on our train back and explored around (she didn't dare to do that before). I will definitely send Pepper there again next time I need to travel.

We have taken our pandemic indoor cat to stay at Cozy Cattery Norbury twice now for a two-week stay and a 5-day stay. She came back happy and healthy both times. David and Val were attentive to our cats needs and personality and were clearly very gentle with her. All of the enclosures appeared clean, spacious and colourful with good visual stimulation for our cat.
David and Val provide excellent service. It is such a relief to know our cat is in capable and kind hands while we are away.

Such a fantastic place to have locally. Val and David have been looking after my cats for more than 10 years. They are amazing: nothing is too much trouble, and the facilities are just lovely. Both cats always enjoy their stays and return happy and healthy. Can’t recommend Cozy Catz enough!
