Elite Cattery

My cat loved his time here. He is deaf so needs extra care. I was nervous when I left him but he was a happy cat when I collected him. The staff are very helpful and caring towards the cats. I would definitely recommend it.

I have to say that the staff here were very friendly and accommodating and obviously love their job, it seemed apparent that they were also working hard to keep the cats clean, fed and stimulated. I dropped my cat off for 2 weeks and on return, despite the amount of cats boarding they immediately knew who she was despite it being he first stay.
They told me that during her stay she had loose stools and had been put on a diet of organic meat. I wasn't too worried about this as she will often go through this particularly with any new changes.
The cattery is rather small in space despite the amount of boarders but as someone not native to London I am aware of the restricted space in this city of ours.
I would not hesitate to use their service again and I felt that my cat was in good hands.

I left my cat there for 2 weeks last November and he came back very thin and traumatised! He hadn't been the same since. Place was very stinky and they didn't let me to view it. As it was recommended by our friend, we trusted his opinion and booked it. Arrived there a day before holiday so didn't have a choice just to leave him there. Regretting now!

The lady who works the phones at this cattery is an angel and has been extremely kind to me regarding my cat who is unwell and because of whom I had to cancel a board at this establishment at short notice. She has also been great at offering a short stay at a very competitive price. I described her actions to a colleague who said "she sounds like exactly the sort of person you'd like to have look after a cat for you" which is exactly right. I will be very happy to part with my money at this place in future!

My 2 cats came home from this place traumatised and stinking of excrement. They have never been the same since and petrified every time we take them anywhere!

Before we left our cats there we were told we were not allowed to view the area where the cats are held. This should have set off alarm bells but at the time we were desperate as our plans had fallen through. If you don't want to wind up feeling guilty like us then my advice would be to stay away!!

Our cat didn't want to come with us when we collected her! She has a dodgy stomach and a lot of cat food makes her sick. Somehow the staff found some great alternatives for her and she came back a little bit plumper than before. I'd have no hesitation about using Elite Cattery again.

The people who run this place are so sweet! We placed our darling cat with them as we were moving house.

They gave us an extra blanket to cover our cat's carrier - as we needed to take our cat on quite a long train journey to the new home.

They also provided an extra blanket, - in case our cat went to the loo while traveling - (which thankfully she didn't!). This meant that we would be able to switch out the soiled blanket and replace with a fresh one.

They did all of this completely free of charge - which was so very kind!
They really love the cats.

The place looks rundown, I was not allowed to see my cats accommodation. I left my cat for 5 nights, he came home very stressed and what looked like blood on the end of his nose! He slept in my arms for weeks which he never did before ….. my heart was broken as I was reassured he would be well looked after. There was little sign of much care given. Never again will I use Elite Cattery.
