Fairview boarding cattery

We had a great experience with Steph at Fairview! She was super responsive, took great care of our kitten, and sent frequent updates with pictures of him while we were away for 2 weeks. And she was kind enough to drop him off over the weekend when we ran into some issues with picking him up. Our kitten was calm and content (if not more than before!) when we got him back. I would highly recommend Fairview if you're looking for a cattery in Oxford.

I’m always nervous about leaving my two Burmese in a cattery. They are used to the big outdoors and very demanding generally. But they came home from Fairview fit and relaxed, pleased to be home but not stressy. I think Steph gave them a lot of attention and cuddles which they love and she sent me updates and photos which was reassuring. Very happy with my experience.

Absolutely wonderful cattery. My cat was happy and content when we picked him back up and it looked a lovely clean and quiet area. Will book him in again. Got text updates on him and Steph was so sweet.

I can honestly say I have never felt so at ease with leaving my cat. From the moment I met Stephanie I knew my cat was in great hands. I would not hesitate to recommend this cattery. Happy for my cat to return as we have booked up another holiday for the summer!

My cats had a lovely time here, they've come back very calm and happy. Before they went in the older one hated the kitten and would growl at her, Steph did some scent swapping and now they're happy with each other and rubbing noses!
Couldn't recommend this place enough, to have the cats come out happier than they were before they went in is amazing and it's so nice to be able to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing they're in the best possible hands.

My dear sweet Geri stayed at the Fairview cattery for just over two weeks this summer. I was very nervous as we had never been apart. However the staff put me at ease. The facilities were nice and clean when I went to drop Geri off and they sent me regular updates while I was away. My return flight was cancelled therefore my original plans for picking Geri up had to change however Steph was so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this cattery to anyone who needs a loving and safe place for their cat. Thank you Steph and everyone at Fairview Cattery.

Beyond fantastic!!! Our boy bengal is a handful and we were a little concerned about how he would be when he got home but he took less than a day to settle back in and was full of energy. I had read it can take weeks for them to settle back into home so this showed me he had been treated really well and was a happy boo!

All of the communication was brilliant, Steph sent us updates while we were away including some adorable pictures of how settled he was which really put our minds at ease on holiday.

My partner dropped him into the cattery and said that the accommodation for the cats were a great size and the whole environment was fab as it looks in pics.

Can't tell you how great an experience this was, especially as it was the first time we'd finally decided to use one and had been really nervous about the idea of it.

As soon as we dropped off our cats at Fairview Cattery we knew they would be in good hands. All the specifics such as their diet and frequency of meals, to their vet and medical history were taken into account, and the environment at the cattery was clean and calm. Steph was super responsive throughout the process of booking them in, to keeping us posted on their progress at the cattery, particularly since it was their first visit there. Our cats came home very happy and calm, and I would not hesitate to send them to Fairview next time. Staff are friendly and communicative, and clearly love all their feline guests!
