Tiger Lily Cattery

Amazing cattery would highly recommend. Tiger Lily took the best care of our two cats, feeding them the best food and giving a really lovely and personal service. They also collected and delivered our cats which was really convenient. Sassy and Panda came back from their stay very relaxed and happy!

My 14 year old timid- and spoiled- cat was very well cared for at Tiger Lilly. She returned home calm and happy. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

We boarded our cat here over the Christmas period. We would not recommend this Cattery at all, we have had many issues with the owner, it hasn’t been a great time and we were concerned about the welfare of our cat and the cats there after the stay. We didn’t get updated despite asking a few times.

The worst bit happened after we got our cat back, we didn’t get our possessions back with the cat and we actually had to chase for two weeks to get them back and at one point we actually got ignored until we chased more. We’d paid for a return service and had to point that out when wanting our possessions returned as she wanted us to pay to get them back, potentially leaving us out of pocket. The worst part is, when we got our possessions back, she’d kept half and returned the other half covered in her own cats spray!! Didn’t bother to clean it herself or even apologise, she laughed about it and looked rather smug and stated “ew that stinks”. I had to throw most of the stuff away as it didn’t come out.

When we got our cat back she was severely underweight and extremely distressed, which makes me wonder what the owner was doing to the cats and what she was feeding them. Wouldn’t recommend.

My cat stayed there for 10 days.
The owner the cattery came to pick her up which was absolutely amazing and made my life so much easier. I went to pick her up and she was happy to see me and I was happy to see how amazing the cattery is and she had everything there to keep her busy. My cat is an indoor/outdoor cat ( not really friendly) so it was perfect for her as she could see the chickens in the garden. I can only recommend this cattery. Kate absolutely amazing and she is dedicated to look after your furry friends.

Kate is an absolute star who deserves 5 stars! I was a little nervous to begin with as I had not used a cattery before, but Kate was kind enough to let me visit prior to my cats stay! Her house is absolutely beautiful, so homely and cosy it put me at ease straight away - she even has a closed off outside area for your cats to sit and look at her chickens! She sent me text updates over Christmas to let me know Claudie was safe, so I didn't have to worry about what she was up to. I would 100% recommend this boutique cattery, Claudie has returned happy and healthy - I am so happy to have found a safe place for my cat to stay when I am away! Thank you Kate :)

My cat, Spangles, always returns looking sleek and healthy after being brought back to my home from her stay at Tiger Lilly Cattery.
I would highly recommend this Cattery, hence, the five gold stars awarded by myself.

Tried to get a quote for Katherine to come and groom my cat but when I tried to clarify the price I got called a cheapskate.

Apparently “£50 inclusive of £15 travel costs” means it’ll actually cost £65 because she doesn’t know what ‘inclusive’ means.

Probably best to avoid…
