Chancton Cattery

This is THE BEST cattery! The owner Phil goes above and beyond to be helpful and ensure that the stay for the pet (and owner!) is as stressless as possible. The setting is lovely and facilities are wonderful. I wish some of the campsites that I have stayed in were as nice. I would thoroughly recommend this cattery to anyone, and we will continue to use Chancton every time we go away.

We looked around for the best place to house our 2 precious Bengal cats while our house was under going renovation and found Chancton Cattery by chance online. We were highly impressed after our initial chat with Phil and our visit to the cattery. We visited a few but none could be compared with Chancton Cattery's standards. It's amazingly clean, reasonable cost and each pen is very spacious. Our cats have room to sleep, play or just laze about looking at the beautiful surrounding views! Our cats were well looked after and were reluctant to leave after staying at the cattery for several weeks. We would highly recommend Chancton Cattery and no doubt will be using the cattery again in future as and when we need someone to look after our two Bengals. We would rate this cattery 10 out of 10.

Lovely cattery, in a nice area, quiet and well kept.
The cattery is nice and clean, pens are spacious, designed with cats in mind, with a nicely warm sleeping area, and an area for lounging around in the day, along with places for them to jump to and explore. Fees are a fair price, at £10 a day.
The owner was polite and went above and beyond, answering all my questions (which was a lot!), getting new litter specifically for my cat, and updating me whenever i called and reassured me that my cat was fine, just generally making the experience as stressless as possible, even carrying my cats belongings from the car, which was very courteous.
Very happy with the service provided, would definitely reccomend, and definitely let my cat stay here again!

Lovely cattery. Always spotlessly clean. At home my cat loves sitting and looking out of the window so it's great that this cattery has views of the garden and fields. I feel Phil 'knows' my cat and the others in his care, my cat is not just an anonymous cat.

Phil has looked after all our Cats from the day we moved to West Sussex in 2010 and every time we've been away. Clean and airy facilities facing open pastures with fabulous views of the South Downs.

Amazing cattery - just what we were looking for, and even though it's a bit out of our way we used Chancton anyway. Our cat has a long stay doing a house purchase and Phil set my mind and rest throughout and Mac is his usual happy, friendly self now he is back with us. A great cattery with lovely staff - cannot recommend them more.

An excellent cattery with good size, clean pens, with windows to look out over the gardens.
Well maintained and very clean, great staff and the owner is passionate about providing top service and facilities.

Super cattery, lovely big clean pens and really friendly staff. No problem given insulin injections which is a big plus. Really easy to deal with and highly recommend.
