Cat Hotel

We''ve taken our cats there for two years now - they have at least two stays per year, they always come back happy and relaxed. On their first visit Chris spent time with them enough to get to know their little personalities and quirks - which made us feel really confident that she loves what she does and this reflects in the care of our cats

Brilliant!! When ever I need someone to look after my cat she is always there. The rates are brilliant and my cat always comes home well. I’ve used the service several times and never disappointed.

Worst place. I dropped my cat there for a week. First of all ,when we dropped the cat she couldn't show us where the cat will spend the whole week. When we came back she told us that we need to get inside cause she can t get the cat out. The cat was so scared.. Second thing: she got the cages outside.. so in the night time the cat will have to survive not to enjoy her bed time. Third thing: her memory is playing games with her. She told us i think 3 or 4 times that she remembers the cat. We told her every time that is first time when we use her services but she couldn't keep that in mind. We picked up the cat yesterday arround 2 o clock. Now it s more than 24 hours since we have the cat back and the cat is still scared. The voice of my cat changed. The worst thing is that whenever i want to touch her on the back she is screaming. I booked a visit to the vet for Monday. Please don t leave your cat there. If you really love your cat don t leave it there.

Personally I was disappointed by the whole experience. I only left my two kittens for a day and night but I didn't receive any update from the cattery owner during their staying. I have sent texts and never received a reply. Tried to call and mobile was off.
She forgot we were going to pick up the kittens the next day. I have no idea where my cats have been staying taken that no photos or update was sent and were not invited in to see the pens. No information was asked, a part from what food they were on, so she even didn't know who was who. My cats are fine but didn't come home happy or relaxed at all.
I hope i just caught her on a bad day but definitely will no use this service again.

My cat Liquorice loved being here even though he was a grumpy old man and liked to be out and about all the time. Chris always took great care of him, they provide a safe, secure and loving atmosphere. highly recommend 5 star *****

Chris @ the cat hotel, was really nice and helpful, and accommodating, allowing us to take a visit and look around, before considering to boarding our cat there!

Boots and his stay.

Always used to leave the cat at home when away and have someone feed him but after multiple behaviour issues we decided he would need to go to a cattery going forward, a bit hesistate but had no reason to be! Lovely lady and clearly has lots of experience and used to all types of cats. Boots even warmed up to her towards the end which is un usual for him ( he can be a handful)Boots also came back himself looking healthy so tops marks!! Boots will be back :)

This cattery is amazing! My cat snooky was here for about 2 weeks and came back her normal self which proves she was so well taken cared off! thanks so much!
Edit-still using this cattery for over 3 years and it's still the best! Christine has been so understanding especially during the pandemic when flights got cancelled at the last minute!
