We have used Bannister Hall Cattery twice now and each time we felt very comfortable about leaving our two cats. We have received pictures, videos and updates throughout their stays. They clearly enjoy their time and are very well cared for. Last visit, we struggled to get one of them to leave! Would recommend Bannister Hall to anyone. Reasonable rates, clean environment and quality care given. 10/10.

Bannister hall cattery is wonderful, they treat each cat 😸 on an individual basis. Lianne sent video's regularly to me which I found this reassuring. Agnus came back happy and content. They even have there own ensuite facilities and radiator's in each pen to keep the little kitties warm..

My cat Sparky came home very content. I found Leanne very helpful posted videos and pictures so I can see for myself how he was getting on. Very clean and tidy. Will use Bannister Hall Cattery next time I'm away.

A fabulous Cattery. The care taken is incredible. Updates daily and a full report on how the cat has been. I highly recommend. A wonderful personal experience for the cat.

What a lovely place, Lianne was wonderful with my boy Harry and even sent me videos of how he was enjoying himself. Will definately use again!
