Our cat was very happy after a two week stay. Very friendly folks. Just rebooked for Easter. Would recommend!

We have been using Cottage Cattery for 8yrs. It is run by a couple who are very reliable, straightforward and is fair priced.
They have a shorter opening time on Sundays which is limited to a Sunday morning pick up.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Cattery.

Cottage Cattery have looked after our cats while we are on our holidays for over ten years. They have provided faultless and very knowledgeable care throughout and we would unhesitatingly recommend them to all cat lovers looking for a safe and comfortable holiday home for their pets.

Made the mistake of phoning on a Sunday to ask about potentially booking our cats in. Terrible customer service, they made no attempt to accommodate me as a new customer after I simply asked to look around the place, or see some pics of it. I heard someone in the background say 'tell them we're closed today'. This was despite the gentleman who answered the phone answering with "cottage cattery". I apologised for being such an inconvenience and will never call them again.
