Maple Tree Cattery

Met Emma who owns maple tree cattery. She showed us round the suites obviously they were brand new but liked the way they were all tiled floor separate sleeping area with panelled heater,the sides were all pvc glazed with lovely pictures on them everything wipeable easy to keep clean,there were all different levels for the cats to choose where to lie,beds blankets,cat towers,whatever comfort you wanted for your cats to have.there was also an interactive camera so we could look anytime while we were away even give them a treat with the app on your phone.Our cats stayed in the snug retreat lots of toys changed daily ,lots of attention from Emma playing games and petting them,food Inculded of our choice. Emma also sent pictures and videos when we couldn't get on the camera due to the signal where we were.We will definitely be using the cattery again this year and have no reservations in leaving our loved furrbies in Emma's care.

Top class service, these guys are passionate about your pets, really well looked after, pampered and spoilt. The camera is a brilliant idea, so you can watch, monitor and interact with you pets while your away. One of my cats is very timid, they spent time with him so he could get used to his surroundings, they updated me and even sent me a piccy of him

Absolutely beautiful cattery. Emma is so friendly and welcoming. Really looks after the cats. Just picked our baby up who is very timid with strangers Didn't want to come home. 5 star luxury so deserves the award. Will definitely return and highly recommend 👌

First time using a cattery with my rescue so I was a little nervous about how he'd settle in. As soon as you're greeted you can tell the level of care all of the animals receive and I was immediately put at ease. You get a live view on camera and even get to interact with them. My Bowie had his own little holiday! I'd recommend this cattery again and again xxx

Excellent cattery. I would not take our cat Misha anywhere else. The care and service from Emma and all her staff is excellent every time we take him there .

My cat hates coming here, but she hates coming here much less than she hated the other cattery I took her to. My cat will never love being taken away from her home and left with strangers, but Maple Tree Cattery do a great job at understanding my very anxious cat. The cameras give me peace of mind that she is ok and the “suites” are a much more pleasant place to leave a cat that any other cattery I have seen. The staff clearly care about the cats that are staying with them. I will definitely keep returning.

This was my first time putting my cats in a cattery and I was very anxious ( especially as one of my cats is very nervous around strangers). I was so pleased to meet Emma and see the facilities she has. They are exquisite! It's all very clean and the cats have everything they could possibly need. There are pet cams which you can log into and check on your cat which i found extremely comforting. The pens are quite spacious, they have a kind of 2 bedroom suite! My girls were very well looked after and I wouldn't hesitate in booking maple tree again in the future.

My kittens stayed here last week. I was quite nervous about leaving them as it was the first time leaving them with someone else but Maple Tree Cattery looked after them so well and I found it reassuring that I could still see the kittens on the camera. They had plenty of space to play and lots of things to play with and climb on. I'll definitely be using them in the future ☺️
