Willowbank Cattery

In the past very clean and our cat very well looked after, no complaints on that front. This year our cat is ill and we had to cancel his booking just a week before and despite explaining our position they demanded full payment. Very unfair and the emails are quite stern. Even most hotels are OK with 24 hour or at the most 48 hour cancelations, said it was in the terms, it is, but still seems wrong. Would not consider reducing the full amount as they will not have to feed or do any work for our cat.

My cat is 17 years old and had never stayed in a cattery before. I booked willowbank having read the reviews but was a little anxious about leaving my elderly boy in a new, strange place for a fortnight. I was relieved and reassured from the moment we arrived; clean pens with heating and a secure environment. I’d definitely use this cattery again and was pleased with the service received.

Superb cattery, always clean, cats well cared for and nothing too much trouble for owner, 5 stars every time.
I have read the harsh and very unfair review from the woman who complained that she was charged in full when she cancelled at last minute, this is a completely fair policy and is fully explained in the terms and conditions on the booking documents. All holiday companies charge in full for last minute cancellations so why should this cattery be out of pocket?
This cattery cannot be faulted in it's care of your cats, it is, indeed, purrfect!

My cats are very happy staying at Willowbankcattery this year we took our 1st winter break the cats have heated pens the owners are great and they really do look after them so well won’t use anywhere else 😁

I have boarded my cats with Willowbank for the last 4 years. They are always very well looked after. I have never had any cause for concern or complaint. This year, it was necessary for Willowbank to administer some medicine to my cats, on a daily basis. This they did without any problem.

Willowbank also ensured that some tasty birthday treats I left with them were delivered to the cats on the due dates.

All in all, Willowbank have been extremely helpful. They always are. Cat owners can be exacting about their pets. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Willowbank however.

It is never easy to go away and leave one's pets behind. It makes it a little easier to know that they will be safe, well-fed, and well cared for at Willowbank.

I recommend Willowbank. No cat owner would put their cats somewhere they weren't entirely confident with. I will be a returning customer again next year.

This place was amazing!! The service was outstanding and they took very good care of my cat. I also love that they have the chickens for cats to gaze upon.

Great cattery, they have nice pens to hold your cat, whilst chickens roam free, eggs are available also, your cat is well looked after, and booking is a must

Lovely people who run this, chalets are spacious and well set out round the garden with chickens and things for the cats to look at. My cat is clearly happy there.
