Our cats have been regular visitors to this "holiday hotel". Andrew & Marcia are just great people who look after the cats with such great attention. Our current cats always hide up on arrival and,usually, when we collect them. It must be that they would prefer to stay!! Couldn't ask for a better place to ensure we can enjoy our holiday with full peace of mind! Thank you both.

Andy was like our angel that helped us moving to the UK. My cat was sent by a company from Germany to the UK and I don't know what I would have done without his help! Andy was really kind to guide the guy from the company to the cattery by phone. He gave us a ride from the airport to see our cat, and he even sent us a picture of the cat! His wife gave cuddles to our cat, and our cat was very happy to have some human contact. She seemed quite fine after two weeks that she spent at the cattery. I would definitely recommend this place, and will be using it again.

Thought the cattery should have had at least plastic between cats for a spit guard. Also it would help provide some privacy for your cat if it wanted A bit of time out. Instead of a being completely open both sides.

A very standard cattery and fine for just a few days if needed. Unfortunately we have never recieved particularly good customer service. Whenever we phoned to book it always seemed as though it was an inconvenience. I have been told to call back when they have reset the diary, or that I was calling too late despite the fact it was only just after 6 at night when I have been able to finish work. The service recieved has felt very off-ish. The evening opening times have always been tricky too - only open between 5-6pm, just in time for rush hour and I had spent many times pelting it through Norwich after changing my work hours to try and get there in this hour. The pens are just separated with wire and it seems very plain, cold and open. We have since taken our business elsewhere and realised what we have been missing all along. I’m sure the owners are lovely people personally, but we couldn’t stay on, on a business level.

Excellent cattery. I felt safe leaving my cats there (their first cattery experience). They were perky when I picked them up and looked happy, even a little too happy!! Such a lovely secluded setting with acres of land for them to look over at. A lovely range of different cats too and they all seem so content with each other. If I had a cattery then this would be actually what I would want. Cannot recommend enough! And what a lovely, caring couple. Thank you from me, Bella and Mischief.
