Firendly helpfull staff even on 4:50 pm when it's about to close and everybody's tires and no one want to work anymore.
They really know what they're doing and that's why I use to buy my games from there.

Really good value shop that sells a large array of products. From dvds to console games etc. Really good variety of films from documentaries to comedy and kids animation films to blockbusters. Loads in stock too. The staff are always good, friendly and helpful and always keeping busy.

No complaints about the service at all always polite and helpful. Prices are reasonable but I feel the testing of second hand devices could be a bit more thorough when rating batteries as have had issues on 2 occasions. In one case a mobile phone I bought literally didn't qualify as mobile it was basically the equivalent to a landline. it would charge fully and of an exceptable speed but soon as the charger was unplugged it would drain to 0% and shut down in a matter of .10 - 15 minutes at the most depending on the extent of use .I can't comment on other devices as haven't purchased any from there .

They deserve zero stars. Nasty people to buy from. They ripped me off. Sold me two memory sticks. One was faulty. They would only refund me on the faulty stick even though they knew at the time of sale that I asked for a matched pair. CeX are high street filth.
