Best 2nd hand store with 24 month warranty. Grade A is really like new. I've been scammed few times from ebay, where seller says it is mint condition but when item received you see there ar deep scratch or chip etc. So I go for cex. Five stars for cex.

What a god dam rip off of a place. Went in for a second hand xbox one controller and they wanted £70. Went argos and got a brand new one £45. Staff were polite and helpful tho

Bought a game from them a while ago and tried to trade back in for store credit. They wouldn't take the disc because it was scratched? I looked after this disc that was quite scratched when I purchased it from them! It was literally the same and they wouldn't take it. What an absolute joke they are. The staff were also extremely rude. The woman on the counter talked way to fast and quiet which was extremely awkward because I could not hear her. Poor service.

Bought an Oculus Rift S after seeing they had one on the CEX website. Staff were very friendly and found the item, which was in excellent condition, quickly. Great experience and I saved lots of money over the retail price.

The standard of DVD they sell is very very poor. Yes they can clean them for you, but if you buy 10 of them you have to wait for all of them to be cleaned, can be a bit of time. All the other items are normally great and they have a good returns policy if the item turns out to be faulty.
