Incompetent IT staff and worse customer service - one month ago I went to the shop to try and sell my old lap top, Macbook Pro laptop from 2014. I left my computer there for the general check they do to see if the computer can be sellable. They told me they would call my over the telephone in the day or the day after. I receive a call from an anonymous number that evening but I couldn't pick up the telephone, no voicemail left. The day after I waited all day and no call so I went back to the shop and they said they tried calling me the day before and that day they were too busy to call me. The laptop failed the checks to I took it back. Once at home I didn't check my laptop until two days later and I discovered that they inserted another password. I removed my password and log out of my apple account when I gave the computer in for the checks. They locked the device with another password and they didn't let me know. Then I went the day after to ask about it and the guy who is responsible for the checks said they couldn't remember which one because they used a different password than the standard one and it would have taken too long to find it out. It would have been better to call Mac to help me in remove completely my ID from that device so they could have helped me to access it. Now I could write this review just today because I was very busy at work and with family matters. I believe the staff showed not only incompetence but also disrespect of the customer. I will write to head office too for a formal complaint.

Fair enough, the lad behind the counter was lovely but I just travelled 45 minutes to buy something the website said was in stock there and when I got there they couldn't find it. Not the first time that's happened, done with cex. Was gonna trade in too but I'll just sell my games on ebay

Great store with some good honest advisers. I got a good deal on a phone I really like and when I accidentally put my SIM in the wrong slot they fixed it for me without question.
