The first lady I dealt with was polite, listened to my query, informative and very helpful.
She understood that I needed the phone urgently, asked me my budget, explained that she would place the phone on charge for me to first try my SIM card and was also honest about the condition of my new purchase.
After returning 10 minutes for the new phone to charge, I then dealt with another guy who was just as helpful and I bought the phone from.
Very happy with my new Red iPhone SE V2, the price and their overall customer service.
Will definitely be coming back! 😊
Also, with mobile phones, ect, they definatly need to be checked before you buy them, as they ask a top premium price for the items, but some of them have badly scratched screens, chips on the case, ect, & if your paying top money, you don't want damaged items.
A chipped, badly scratched, or damaged screen can be replaced, but unfortunatly, can be quite expensive, & more than the value of the item.
I recently broke the screen on my Samsung Note 9, & there was things on the phone I needed, but a new screen cost me £240, & a replacement S-pen cost me £30, so you also have to think about any costs for repairs.
I've had a few things from them that didn't work, & one item, a few years ago, took weeks of hassle, contacting the head office, ect, to get a refund, but the second item, a mobile phone, was replaced the next day.
Lastly, people need to be very careful about selling dads, games, ect, to them, as they offer stupid prices, like 1p or 3p for an item, even when some are brand new.
My advice with games, dvds, ect, is to sell them on ebay or somewhere similar, as you will get more money that way.
The only downside to the Lincoln branch is the size, it becomes very cramped near the counter when queuing or being served especially during busier times, it'd be logical for them to look for bigger premises in the future.
