Nice games store. Good collection of new and old games for all major game companies like XBoxOne, XBox360, PS4, and others. Most of the games are exchangeable when you buy new games. Located just next to the Morden underground station. Price is reasonable. Good customer service.

Whilst the staff are polite and friendly, sadly their PC Hardware tester could do with extra training. I tried to sell my RTX 2080ti to this store and having taken in my card for testing I received a call from the store to say it was faulty. Whilst their testing rig booted just fine with my card installed as soon as they tried to benchmark test it their rig went to a black screen. The power supply of their testing rig is an mere 400watt power supply. I would expect a pc tester to know that with all graphics cards its a good idea to at least check what minimum/recommended power supply is required for any card they're testing because as it happens for a RTX 2080ti the minimum power supply required is 650watts, recommended is 800watts. So due to this lack of knowledge, I basically wasted my time with this store having had to return to collect my perfectly good working graphics card that has tested perfectly OK in two different pc's at my home that both have 800w power supplies in them.

Changed my review from 5 to 2 because over the course of a couple of months I've been to this store quite a bit & the staff aren't particularly nice - tall gentlemen who always wears a hoodie - he has no manners, whatsoever. Doesn't say please or thank you & dashes whatever change is owed to me on the counter. The atmosphere is just mundane.

Dudes seem alright... They have a figure from their bosses and if you don't like it then don't sell it... Simple!!!

It's CeX. One of the better stores. Staff are usually polite and helpful here. The rest you'll already know.

Message to the owner: Your being let down by some of your staff. Tall man with hoodie and beard seems to absolutely not want to be there. Very moody, made me extremely uncomfortable. I do a lot of business with CEX (check my account) but really no point going into your Morden store.

Lady was nice but seems new. Looks like she was also afraid to ask him any questions.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I went in enquiring about a smartwatch and a movie two lovely staff members were v.helpful in assisting me. Great service from the two ladies.
