Nice store to get pre-owned games, however I'm still waiting for any copy of Madden 08 to be in the store, but I can't blame people for not selling it because it's so good. π/π, recommend to people not looking for Madden 08

Great store to get pre-owned technology with a 24 month warranty. You can also trade in your old tech for money or store credit. However you’re more likely to get a better price for your product by selling it on a platform like eBay.

TERRIBLE SERVICE,RUDE STAFF, AND EXCUSES!!!
so I had purchased a Xbox series x from cex Eastbourne however when I was at my 2nd home in Worthing the console broke down not reading any discs after only a month so we took it to Worthing cex after a 45min wait and staff not knowing how to use their system to find receipts, they told me Yh had identified the fault and had to be repaired which Meant a 2week wait minimum so I asked if they could just replace it they said NO it’s down to supervisor they wouldn’t even give me a credit note so I asked for the supervisor after a long discussion within staff they decided to refund me a credit note so I asked if that’s the case can I not just have the series x in the window they said no as that one had a box so I paid the difference in cash and took it home but when I got it home it wouldn’t read certain games or dvds so I took it back and after and HOUR wait they identified the fault which means they sold a broken Xbox then they refused to refund it because my controller had a battery pack on and not the little cover even though they sold me the Xbox without it after a massive disagreement I had left with a broken Xbox all the way back to eastbourne just to get the cover from my other controller but when I took it in Eastbourne they were fuming with the service we received after explaining everything they gave me a whole new Xbox they said that cex in Worthing should of gave a full refund or credit note they were so gis in Eastbourne but Worthing rude staff with attitude spoke to family member terrible just like the staff didn’t even want to be there but Eastbourne were brilliant and apologised profusely really greatful that I got it sorted THANKS TO EASTBOURNE

Worthing store Dire firstly I was trying to sell a smart watch was told needed ID my fault total didn't bring it. Come back with ID then I'm told I need the straps even though they sell online without. Little bit irritated drive back come back this weekend with the straps only to be told I don't need them!! What the actual hell. Total incompetent three trips to make a simple sale. On top of that was told 20 minutes okay needs to be checked totally agee come back after 20minutes nope still not done. I have to say totally abysmal service in fact not even service really. Three absolutely waisted trips in petrol and car parking chargers for a pathetic £60.

Policies on return are absolutely ridiculous. I've been in 4 times since I found the phone I have bought from there DOESN'T WORK. And not been issued a simple refund. A phone I might add for my child to keep in contact if anything ever goes wrong. They will now proceed to send the phone off leaving my son without a phone and no way of being contacted RATHER THAN GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK. NOT HAPPY.

Quite disappointed really, took in a headset to sell as i have upgraded to wireless, was taken away for testing everything was fine and quick process, friendly staff at the time etc. But then i was told when i came back that my headset was not working properly and that the mute button was not working, this had me worried as i haven't owned them long and were working the day before and ever since i have had them, i take them back home and they're completely fine! working perfectly and I tested for a solid 30 mins to check for consistency, so i'm not sure if they weren't tested correctly (maybe couldn't find the mute button which is the mic itself i guess that isn't so common), maybe didnt have the driver needed or if there was another reason and an excuse was made up, but it felt a little embarrassing to be turned away so quickly suggesting i tried to sell a broken product... I understand not having to take my item, ofcourse thats fine but it was really unnecessary worry to myself thinking it was broken all of a sudden, they aren't cheap either! :(

This store exchanges DVDs and Blu Ray discs plus games so you can have a new film each week for a few pounds. I found some films I had previously missed and got them.

Terrible experience
Took an age to be seen. 2 guys on tills that had grinded to a stand still. They had 3 other guys wandering around seemingly just doing anything other than serving the line of about 10 customers.
Staff had poor communication skills. Didn't know what I was talking about when I said rechargeable battery pack.

I ended up, after waiting for more than 10 minutes just telling the girl to forget about it and I took myself elsewhere
