I bought a game for the Xbox 360 a few day ago from the Leicester branch but when I took it home, I found it didn't work. Today I was supposed to see a friend in Melton Mowbray so thought I'd go and get my game exchanged for another copy; after all, they proudly state on the receipt that all products have a warranty. But when I showed the member of staff, he looked at the disc and just said "They wouldn't sell you a game in this condition". I'd advise you to think hard before spending any more than a pound or two. There's a reason why this shop is cheap. I'd have been better off spending my money on a couple of lottery tickets as I'd have had more chance of getting something for my money. And this one star isn't because there's any redeeming features. I've been forced to give this because Google won't allow zero star ratings. P.S. I've now saved some money on buying a coaster for my coffee table.

Total rip off company. Take advantage of the cash strapped and when selling to public they charge almost the new retail price for second hand items. If I could have put no stars then I would. If you want to sell something then sell on ebay or other site but don't go to these cowboys.

Went in to sell some electronics staff were rude and unhelpful. I asked if they could make space to put it on the cluttered counter they told me to put it on the floor. When I began getting the equipment out of the box just got rude unhelpful comments. Ended up walking out. Would much rather sell on ebay even if I don't make as much.

Bought an xbox one and 2 controllers, went in 6 weeks later to attempt to return the extra controller and they told me they wouldn't accept it as it had a large crack in it, even though I hadn't used it! When I brought this up they told me they would never have sold me a controller in that condition!! Dirty scammers.
