Really bad at suggesting phones, really impatient and not at all helpful

Help full and patient with someone like me who knows nothing about technology

Upgraded my phone with Michael today. Fantastic service which I can't fault at a good price too.

I would give no stars but it won't let me. Rude,impatient,unhelpful are some of the nicest things I can say.

Unlike the impatient gentleman below, I was aware that there was only 1 person working in the store and patiently waited to be served. Michael thanked me for waiting and preceded to upgrade my phone and gave me a fantastic deal, as well as transferring all my data to my new phone!! Delighted *****

Waited outside to be seen 45 mins only one customer in shop. Incredibly slow. Nearly as quick to drive to Carmarthen for twice the choice!!!

Michael is a ⭐️ super star! Always lovely to all customers every time myself and my family are in the shop. Always helpful and friendly. Goes above and beyond with customer care.

Hi went to upgrade my mobile phone 13/10/21 in cardigan, what a really helpfull guy in the get connected shop nothing was to much trouble and the phone was sorted good job.
