Have had many problems with the quality of items in this shop, meaning that I have had to return things multiple times. The staff seem to know that they are selling items that are not in great shape, acting surprised when you take them back. Also the price for these second hand items - whatever the condition - is so close to the brand new cost, that you might as well buy brand new and safe your time and energy having taking stuff back all the time.

Brilliant little shop {it's just such a shame it's not bigger}.

Not a very big store. They stick lots of games but there is definitely a lack in DVDs and blu ray discs. Customer service is generally quite good.

Absolute cowboys. Perfectly working PS4 tested myself only to be told it's not working and spoken to in a very condescending manner. Controller worked fine though, how could they test that if PS4 wasn't working. Is there an official complaints route with these people as I'd like to explore it

Traded my Xbox in online and chose the wrong console from the drop down list, Bridgend shop called me after dropping it off to say they were crediting me an extra £20 as it was a better model than stated.

Bought unmarked ferrari f438 steering wheel and pedals 2yr warr, £40 + !an amazing and unbeliable £1.90 postage 48h royal mail and packaged superbly. Item new in currys £99..... kids and dad happy bunnies!

An amazing place to shop, Lovely and delightful staff. Once I met someone down their and we sold our RTX 1050! Lovely shop.
