Went here to replace my phone at the contract end. There is a good display of items although I had done my research before going. The staff were friendly and the whole process seems a lot simpler than my last contract change!!

Went in for a phone upgrade, explained it was for work so I didn't want the latest and best. I wanted to stick with Samsung but he didn't listen , wanted me to change so quoted me a price for the new Samsung phone and said I would be silly to pick that over his personal choice......I thought it was my phone, left with nothing, went on the app and sorted an upgraded phone for £22 a month less than he quoted.....I'm doing him a favour of not naming him.
I just call him knob head.

The staff at this store are great. I have been with 3 for approx 8 Years now.
But on my last contract,for some reason I was charged for Broadband!!!! On top of my phone contract.
Can you explain why and will myself and my Husband get a refund.
Also we are both Cancelling our contracts with you, because why pay a monthly contract when you are unable to use the phone,due to horrendous signal problemz

Sales staff not honest...said the fone had reputation for overheating was told not true and all my phone does it overheat, and ended up again with useless add on I never use but gota pay for 18 months...last time I use 3 had enough of the....

Absolutely Terrible! Yet another bad encounter experienced on a walk in. Told to wait 5 minutes ended up waiting 15 to 20 mins. Customers left the store and all employees just walked in the back room 🙄. Same thing happened in December, when I was advised to go to the store to collect my phone, which wasn't there! I then spent 2 hours on the phone trying to establish whag had gone wrong and when my handset will arrive!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I have been receiving calls since April from 3 they have been claiming I owe them money. I never have had an account with them and they have somehow been harassing my mum too 3 are an awful company never go with them.

I wish there are zero or negative ratings to provide! Went to get a sim only plan from 3 and honestly speaking, I experienced a very rude and inappropriate behaviour from a staff name “Jawaad (with Pakistani flag on the name plate)”. This guy was extremely rude. The company should train their staffs basic manners before setting them for customer services. Sorry, highly demotivated and can’t recommend anyone to visit that store nor this company.

Awful. Bought a contract with these in the cardiff store and not one employee thought to mention their NO RETURN policy (The most important bit) Will never give three my business again. Useless.
