CEX is given a bad name and that needs to end.

I've been looking to get a camera for a few weeks and the one I liked was 650 quid. On my way to work, I saw they had the same one in the window for 260. I checked it out the next day and it's in amazing condition, fully working and came with all the things it should. The lad in the shop was very knowledgable and polite. There's real peace of mind too with their items having a free 2-year warranty which is something you don't get on eBay. He explained how extensively the product was tested and how they check for scratches etc.

After testing the camera out at home, it takes amazing pictures and works exactly how it should. Couldn't recommend them more.

I've always been sceptical about CEX as rumours say they rip you off, sell poor quality goods and charge way over the odds. In my case, the camera was cheaper than on eBay and is in perfect condition. Was marked B grade because it didn't have the box.

Big up for the guy who helped me as he's saved me over 400 quid.

Not too bad an experience, just a little naughty that they discount your trade in by £2.50 on a phone even though the phone you trade in no longer comes with a wall charger, but I wanted a PS4 they had and 2 pointless phones gathering dust in the important cables drawer everyone seems to have

I don't like this shop they have a very dodgy return policy. I used to work in a shop not far from it C,E,X loads of people would come complaining about them, they were even funny with me one time.

Absolutely terrible. I went there to buy a tablet because I had a meeting in the morning and they gave me the product with the wrong charger. There goes my meeting. I tried to call but there's no way to talk to anyone. Please check your products before taking peoples money

This place is really nice and u can get games and tech and dvds and the staff are kind and wonderful

Nice clean store. They didn't sell what I was after so I was only there a few minutes.

Went into the store today to buy some retro games, the guy that served us was very nice and well mannered. Great customer service, not the staff’s or store’s fault if some people on here don’t understand return policies 🙄 keep up the good work 👏🏻
