Beyond Terrible!!!
Went in to switch providers and buy new contract and phone.Asked the sales guy to save me money on £40 3gig and unlimited c&txt which finished the day before.I said I wanted more data and he offered me another £40 deal with the handset I wanted.I pointed out that I could get 30gig and unlimited deal online for £33 from EE (same provider!) And he was only offering 12gig.He replied that they would lose money by offering
me anything more and to add insult,while I was still talking he answered the phone! I left.
Clearly, if this guy spent as much time in sales training as he does in the gym he might actually make an easy sale!

well What can i say i went in to Get Connected store for some help and was greeted by the store manager Gareth who to my amazement helped me out with out any problems and has given me something to think about as i have been thinking about going on a contract and the price i was offered for a Samasung A10 for £23 per month and i have looked around and its a fair offer but the reason for the review is because i was most impressed by the level of customer service i got from Gareth the store manager and when i finally go ahead and take out a contract it will be with Gareth many thanks

Gemma jacobs plays mind games , very unprofessional area manager leaves messages and email to say call back and she doesn’t answer and a preloaded message comes up I’ll ring you back in 1-2 days I know of two people she has done this to , extremely rude company representative to job seekers !
