Just like to say a big thank you to shop manager Mark for his patience and understanding. I called at the shop on Monday 8th February and Mark was very helpful in advising me about my mobile needs. I left the shop totally satisfied with the customer experience. Thanks again.

Shocking experience, Firstly went in to the store as they had rang me giving me the impression they were EE! Tried selling me a phone over the phone after getting my number of a mates phone (Shocking) but I said i like to see the phone before I buy so they told me to come in to the store.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to the shop. So where i got there despite loads of EE signs outside it was clear they were not EE as they had other business operating out of the shop including a printers!

Still they were offering loads of big deals. Weirdly they said i needed to go on a business account to make the credit check easier? but i have never had any issues with credit? i walked away with an iPhone SE at £42 a month with £250 cash back which i could claim after a month. So had my bill and turns out it was £42 EXCLUDING VAT so actually came to over £50 a month! I asked about the cash back and they said that promotion was over and i had missed it!!!!???? I explained i was promised it when i took out the deal and the guy was just like "not really our problem"

Matthew could not have been helpful. i needed a new phone and provider. I am an elderly and non-tech-savvy customer. Matthew was calm and talked me through the options carefully. he then dealt with the transfer of data. he subsequently helped with queries over the phone. Having had bad experience of phone shops in the past I was most impressed with his service and recommend him wholeheartedly.
