GreenAcres Cemetery and Ceremonial Park

The staff are immensely kind and the woodland is beautiful and well cared-for. A good place for a short walk on level ground even if you have no other reason to be there.

The Greenacres team were very helpful, polite and informative. We were taken to the various options for burial sites and everything was explained in detail. The music was arranged for the service also. Nothing was too much trouble for the Greenacres team. Everyone who attended mum's funeral commented on how lovely the whole experience was, and what a beautiful final resting place for my mum. Thank you to everyone at Greenacres.

Can not thank you enough for all that you did for myself and my family. You made the whole experience very painless and took some of the stress away. You all helped us so much picking passages to read and helping us to sort music out and helped us to think about the happy times that we couldn't see.I can not see how anybody could say anything negative about Greenacres. Greenacres is an amazing service provided to local and distant bereaved families, the grounds are well maintained while service and atmosphere on site are sensitive to the needs of those in attendance.

We had our mum's funeral here, the surroundings are beautiful, like walking through a park, not a cemetery. It is so calming and peaceful.
We held the service, burial and wake here and used the caterers that they recommended to us, they were brilliant, took all the stress and strain from us.
Everybody there was so kind and helpful, nothing was too much.

Today 4 years after my shown below review I arrived to look at the book of remembrance and pay my respects , something I do every year with my sister . The room was locked . When my sister inquired she was told its closed due to Covid 19 . A wasted journey and time . When I got home , there is NOTHING on their website also I question why their Norwich location the Book of Remembrance is available to be seen . Later this year we visit my fathers entry in the Book of Remembrance at Hendon Crematorium andd there also after phoning they confirmed The Book is available to be seen . Waster journeys and our time , not forgetting our feelings . Shame on them

4 years ago I wrote this Avoid at all costs . Terrible service after being double booked . Blame was pointed at all and sundry rather than admit their error.
All guests were terribly inconvenienced and upset / distress was caused by their mistake.
A complaint was made after the event and was continually handled with contempt , they used delaying tactics as well.
This was the last act for a loved one and it turned into a Benny Hill farce.
I hold them all in utter contempt
