Not impressed. Was given a four and a half hour slot to wait round my daughter's for tree to collect a leather sofa. When the time was up I rang again and was told they still had four collections to make. I asked if I could be next as I had a bus to catch in 15 mins. They couldn't even do that! What a waste of an afternoon. I am about to downsize my home but I certainly will not be donating it to tree.

Was given a time slot of 8.30 - 12.30 for pick up of a sofa I was donating and they was no sign of them at 1400! I called customer service and there reply was it's not our fault they must be held up on a job if you can't wait donate the sofa to someone else! If I could give zero stars I would!

Failed big time. I booked to have a 4foot bed to be collected. I have just phoned the company only to be advised that the driver could not find then address. I gave the company my contact number if they need to contact me to locate the address. Very poor standard of services for the money paid to collect the 3 item.

Zer stars Arranged to collect a dining table . Advised them beforehand that no chairs as no fire ticket. Driver arrived but couldnt be bothered to take as said had lots of tables. Complete waste if time !

Great value and friendly service

The guys turned up on time to collect our settee very kind and pleasant. No complaints.
Very impressed.
