Terrible service. I had made an appointment on an urgent matter. no one was there to take see me and after ringing up three times I got passed around with a promise for someone to call me back each time. Two hours later i was still waiting outside their office in ealing Broadway and when i rang up the fourth time asking when someone would see me I was told I need to book another appointment later in the week and then a manager called Ted hang the phone up on me. I was calm throughout. I explained to them each time that the matter is urgent and cannot wait and I had an appointment already booked.

I was so impressed with one of the Staff called Barbara Karayi.
My issue was complex but Barbara was able to deal with it point by point. I called the Centre just before the lockdown of the Covid-19 so my advice was delivered over the phone. After hearing my case which was already in Court, Barbara addressed the issue in a defensive way via email by countering the Claimant's "Witness Statement" to present in Court which was very helpful.

I had help from the centre for a tribunal and they are fantastic. Barbara Karahi was really good and advised me from September last year. I had 2 hearings by phone due to Covid. and she would advise by email. If I emailed she would get straight back to me. She organised a zoom meeting with a barrister also. Then Edmund sat in on my tribunal hearing and was very helpful throughout. I won my tribunal and could not have do it without this centre’s helo and advice. So grateful and thank you so much.
