Whilst over visiting my 95 year old, war veteran Nanny, we donated to this shop and also purchased a few items..due to our accents it seemed, we were completely discriminated against as we paid, the member of staff behind the counter was incredibly rude to myself and my sister, it was shocking! I will never return here, to be treated this badly after making donations?!..unbelievable!

Atrocious attitude from staff member (says she is the manager)when in the shop with my daughter. Would not buy from here on principle. Would give no stars but not available option.

they don't treat staff very well . . Poor management and charge high amount on furniture which they are given . Don't belive I word they say were money goes . They are liars

Same complaint as others. Rude beyond belief in this place!!!!! So ignorant. Some items are fairly priced, but some are so over priced for their condition. But I can't move past the rudeness. Not work going in there

love shopping here , I get a bargain most weeks. staff are friendly and helpful it's a great place to recycle all those unwanted goods as well as helping to support the Heroes
