Excellent and quick service with a simple, easy to understand report on a property that we thought may throw up quite a few advisories! The report is extremely useful for our Solicitor and for ourselves, we now know exactly who to make enquiries with for quotes for the work that needs doing/further reports e.g. mining etc. and the information provided will be a good reference to ensure everything that needs doing, is done. Second time using Frost Surveyors for our home buyers report with purchasing a property. Due to our first sale falling through I got back in contact with Robert who was happy to arrange the survey for us. Everything was done within a quick time scale for us and our report extremely thorough.

A very efficient and thorough service, I recently had a bereavement in the family and required a valuation of a property for probate purpose. Previously I contacted a different surveyor which said they would contact me and book a day to get it done, 3 weeks later I heard nothing from them. I found Frost surveyors on Google and they were top of the list for reviews and now I know why. Rob was very knowledgeable, reliable and also offered advice on probates as he had been through this before, this came at no extra cost, great guy! Rob contacted me straight away after filling out a form on his website to talk me through his services/quotations. He booked me in straight away and once the survey was complete sent an extremely comprehensive report within 24 hours of the survey. This included a lot of detail as well as pictures.
As well as receiving the report within 24 hours, Rob also gave me a ring to talk through it and explain in more detail his findings. This was definitely appreciated being a first time buyer and never having one of these reports before.

I was drawn to Frost Surveyors after reading an earlier review in which they mentioned the quick turnaround from survey to report (1 to 2 days). This was of the utmost importance to me as I had decided to get a Homebuyer Survey just days before completion. Rob certainly didn't let me down as his thorough and detailed report was in my inbox on the same day of the survey. Rob even had the task of talking around the vendor, who had initially refused him access to the property for an unknown reason! Highly professional and would definitely recommend.
