Sheffords provided excellent service. From a helpful and friendly initial phone conversation they explained all of the options available to us and the suitability for our needs. They liaised with the estate agent to gain access to the house that we were buying and therefore no additional effort was required on our part. The report that they provided was comprehensive and they were happy to answer any additional questions that we had. The report was delivered to us in just a matter of days and at what I feel was a very good price. I would happily recommend them to a friend and will be using them again in the future.

The survey was completed and received within a week and we were able to discuss findings verbally after reading the report.
