As a former tenant, I can only suggest you stay away from this company of thieves. If you are already with them, don't bother with cleaning or clearing services at the end of your tenancy, they'll steal your deposit anyway. The council took my cooker because the diminutive "studio" they were renting was too small to be considered anything other than a bedsit. I got a £70 reduction in my rent. Immediately after the next month's payment, I was called and asked why I was paying less. I explained. They told me they'd talk with my landlord. 10 months later, when my contract was ending, they called me again and said I was £700 sort in my rent. If it was a honest mistake, then frankly, it's not better. They are either thieves or incompetent, you decide. In any case, stay away from them.

HNF have managed for my family for a number of years and i would recommend them to anyone. They are professional and very diligent in all areas. If a problem occurs they immediately look for equitable solutions keeping all parties happy. Such a relief to have people on board who care and know their business.

I paid for a leasehold extension valuation and received a property valuation. The whole process has taken 4 weeks and still haven't recieved the correct report. Called 4 times during the day couldn't get hold the right person. When I did get a call back the person didn't even apologise and having to wait again, I got the impression that I was the problem not him.

I contacted HNF Property via email on 23rd November regarding the lack of security of the apartments and parking area of the residential block I live in. I have yet to receive any communication from them despite several follow up emails to various members of “the team”. The gates of our block are not working and therefore residents car insurance policies are becoming invalid as our cars are not parked in a “secure carpark”, but HNF don’t seem to care about this, even though there has been a huge increase in car thefts in our area over recent months. Disgraceful and unprofessional customer service! Please think twice before engaging with this company!

Avoid avoid avoid avoid. HnF must be the worst management agent in the world. Zero customer service zero communication. Zero engagement with residents. They only thing they are good at is collecting money for service is NOT rendered
