We were introduced to Jonathon Seddon at NG Chartered Surveyors through a mutual friend when starting to look into buying a commercial property. Our need was very specific. He came out to see our current set up and really understood what we were looking for. He gave honest advice on what we should expect and where we should target. When we found the perfect property, it was only available leasehold. Jonathon, and his team at NG are respected by everyone they deal with. It is this reputation for honesty and integrity that enabled him to approach the vendors and successfully negotiate a sale at a fair price. The sale went through without a glitch in incredibly quick time. We would not hesitate to recommend Jonathon and his team at NG Chartered Surveyors to anyone looking to buy/sell or lease a property. We will definitely be using their services if we buy again.

NG have done a lot of work on my behalf over the years. They have undertaken valuations, introduced and completed purchases, dealt with rent reviews, managed sales and even managed rental properties themselves. The fact that they are still my first port of call and that we are also good friends says it all!

We have been working with NG for many years. A highly motivated, results driven business with excellent market knowledge. NG are currently retained by us with 2 development projects and we have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We spent 4 months wasting our time with this company to be messed about and end up with no property.
Sunny was not helpful at all, we constantly had to chase him and he did not work on our behalf to help us. He was rude and the information we were given throughout changed, where we didn’t know what we were doing or make plans for our business.
He told us he wasn’t really interested in letting the property we were interested in as it was “small fry” for his National client!
After 4 months we decided to walk away and try to find a more professional company to help us get our commercial property.
I doubt his client will know how he has dealt with us on their behalf.
We’ll be avoiding this company at all costs in the future. Very disappointing.
