Froth & Rind

A nice little coffee shop in Walthamstow Village that serves great coffee and a variety of different toasties. They have amazing cakes; I had the carrot cake which was delicious... They also display pictures that are for sale at the back.

There were too many kids in this place to enjoy the time there. I don't hate children but when they are screaming in every single direction around you it's hard to think straight. Very friendly staff and nice coffee. I'm not a big cheese fan so the rest of the menu is hard for me to evaluate. :)

Great food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Perfect for breakfast or lunch.

Delicious chunky chocolate chip cookies on sale too.
Decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating.
Great baby change facilities, not your typical board over a toilet seat situation. Top marks for that.

Lovely place for a bite to eat. We took a table outside on Orford Rd and had cheese toasties and beer in the sun.

Quite pricey in one sense, but actually aroun £5 each for a plate of food is pretty reasonable.

I had a dinner party last night and went to Froth and Rind the other day to grab some cheeses for the dinner party where we were serving cheese as the main course. The cheeses were a big hit. Although it was not inexpensive, I did think that everything was really good value.

A huge thank you to the employee who helped me and my friend through the cheeses which they had. We knew we wanted five different ones. The employee helping us slowly helped us put together a good range and helped us understand the flavours we were getting. I was also able to pick up some mead and crackers which were both delicious.

A big surprise was the iced tea. I usually need to go abroad for a good iced tea but honestly, this was the perfect drink for a hot day. It was the best iced tea I have ever had in this country. The flavours were really good and it was great for the walk back home.

If you live in Walthamstow and want to buy lots of interesting cheeses no need to go into central - this is the perfect place.

I was very impressed with Froth & Rind. I had some unusual requests about cheese and although it was very busy, the team were very accommodating and Kit especially was very willing to share their knowledge. It was a very enjoyable experience and I’ll definitely be back. Also was an awesome fancy cheese and fig chutney toastie I took away too. Thanks!

Always excellent service here, really friendly and with a lovely selection of cheeses (which you'd expect). I like the atmosphere here too and the selections of other goods they have for sale such as beers and wines.

This shop is a real credit to Orford Rd!
