Revolting,

Firstly I made the mistake by not reading the reviews.

Secondly well where do I begin. It gives you a sauce option so I went for the hot sauce little did I know I didn’t have a choice for it to be all over everything I thought this would come in a little rub like most decent places. I ordered a chicken dinner which didn’t even taste like chicken in the slightest. I also ordered chicken poppers which where rank in addition to this I thought I’d treat myself to a waffle which was dry as hell. Avoid this place!

Ordered food on the deliveroo app, which I don't normally have a problem, but today was not a good day, ordered 2 meals and a chicken fillet burger, burger States you get salad, lol guess what no salad, also my chips and a drink were missing, so I rang and the lady on the phone was pleasant, but had to wait for the chips, also all this took over an hour to get out food. I will not be ordering from there again and I will not recommend them either. They really need to sort out their kitchen and actually read the orders before making them.

The driver buzzed my door 30 minutes late, then I saw him running away with my food. I called the restaurant and told them this. The man who said he was the manager said he had called the driver to cancel it. I had never asked for this. He started swearing and shouting at me. He refused me my food and he refused me a refund and he told me to report it to the police for a refund, giving me his full name. I asked him to stop swearing but he didn’t. He told me he is the manager so he can do this? Either way. It’s very sad to see so many other reviews where they have also had this awful service. It’s one thing to give bad service, but then to be so rude and almost nasty is just awful.

Absolutely shocking, food arrived over 25minutes later then scheduled. It was cold. The attitude of the delivery driver and the person on the phone was disgusting they also didn't process the refund i was promised after waiting another 25 minutes for them to come and collect the freezing cold food. Maybe i should have read the reviews before ordering another phone call to them today its going to be

Food was hot, fresh and tasty, since USA is closed thought would try them, very good, fast delivery also, will definitely use them again

Slow to deliver (longer than 1 hour for 2 meals), missing chips, food delivered cold but the ABSOLUTE worst is the stinking attitude of 'Omar', the manager: belligerent, rude, misogynistic - take your pick.

After 1 hour, I call to see where the order is: "Just leaving now" - good.

25 mins later: "Should be there 5 minutes", followed by "no speak English"...

The food arrives a few minutes later (bear in mind, we are 4 minutes away by car). Food is tepid at best. With 2 meals (1 incomplete) getting steadily colder on our laps, we make (another) call to the restaurant:

Apologies - good.

Offers £10 towards the next order or a full refund if the driver was to return and collect the rapidly congealing food and return it to the restaurant.

Then, with no option that will result in a full, hot meal for us both in any reasonable timescale, Omar takes it upon himself to steamroller the conversation to both myself and my wife, before no longer wanting to want to "the lady" and only wanting to talk to the "man". This then degenerated into being told not to order again from this place.

I write this review whilst still awaiting the missing chips. I don't think I'll hold my breath...

We started using fatjacks a few years ago and the belly buster was amazing 1 year ago it was delivered cold and we dealt with it ...then the next time it was stone cold We complained said we would receive a refund and never did ...8 months later we thought we would try again ....we stated the previous experience and was reassured it would be hot... after 50 mins called and was told food left 10 mins ago and within 10 mins it arrived again stone cold .... this company are shocking avoid like the plague...
