Galitos Peri Peri - Kent

I’m not normally one for leaving reviews, but this place just ain’t it. Only two of us waiting in the shop, 30 minutes for us to get our orders. Chips warm at best. Wings were wet and tasted old. Fillet burger was anemic and looked like it had been re dipped in oil before assembling for good measure. All that for £8.69. May as well have got a burger over the road at saint johns yard for not much more and for a shorter wait time. (Only reason we chose a “fast food” chicken shop was thinking it would be quicker). If i was you I’d steer well clear!

Government food hygiene rating is 1 for this place so it requires major improvements before serving again. Not wanna get sick so I am not gonna eat here again.

My favourite take-away in Tunbridge Wells. I always go for a lamb burger, which I cannot recommend highly enough. Some of the best chips I've ever had, and the portion sizes never disappoint. I don't particularly enjoy eating in, but as a take-away, it's perfect. Prices are almost as low as fast food chains but infinitely higher quality and service is just as quick. As long as Galitos is in business, I will be getting annual cholesterol checks.

Will keep commenting cause this is the best fast food business probably ever. The manager is so lovely and it’s always a pleasure to speak to him. The food is 10/10 well cooked and seasoned

I don't often review places but this place deserves it; the fried chicken was perfect with great quality chicken and a crispy batter. I'll be back!

Best chicken and rice in the town so happy with service

The best fast food shop in Tunbridge Wells by far!! The owner is super lovely & always accommodates for his customers. Prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious - as always! Only recommendation is that they stay open later :D 5/5 stars from me.

Very disappointed! We ordered for 7 people for collection and 1 meal was missing. The chips were rock hard and almost like potato shells they were so over cooked. It looked like they mixed old and new chips but they were not edible at all.

We rang to let them know but they said they would give us the missing meal if we came back to collect. They do offer delivery and naturally they should have have been nice enough to have it sent over considering it was their mistake. Unfortunately we had to go in and I took with me 2 out of the 6 portions of chips to show the poor quality and the gentleman offered me only 1 portion for my next door. I declined as that did not make sense to me baring in mind all portions of chips were this quality and we had to bin more than half after we picked out the ones which were edible.

We asked for a refund which they gave but the gentleman was not bothered about our meal being ruined, no real customer service and no care that my grand daughter missed out. Spoilt the meal for everyone. Will not be ordering again.
