Roosters Piri Piri

I am absolutely disgusted with the costumer service of chertsey roosters. They are very rude staff and do not know how to speak to their costumers at all. As for the price and quality of the food, my goodness. You would expect the chips to atleast look like chips, not burnt wedges and the burgers came cold too. The price is wayy to much for the quality and quantity of the food. I am defo NOT a happy costumer. Would never recommend to anyone. If you really want to get roosters i suggest going to a different chain not this one. You wont get the costumer service you deserve and nor the food for the price you buy. Never ordering from here again!!!

Absolutely brilliant! All arrived fresh and hot, can not complain about any of it. Tastes phenomenal.

Couldn't eat it all, and it was still hot. We will no longer be going to KFC, this is the chicken you need.

Easy to grab or eat in for dinner, only if you are too much into chicken, and a great thing to go here with as it's Halal!!! Why not give a try, tbh!!

I've been coming here since they first opened in 2008. This place has gone from excellent to terrible in 14 years.

1. They have changed their chicken supplier to a cheap horrible one. Their fried fillet chicken is no different to cheap chicken steaks.
2. They keep getting orders mixed up.
3. Their chips are not as good as they used to be.
4. Their salad is of a terrible quality.
5. They don't give bags or napkins with takeaways unless you ask them.
6. They don't have any healthy choice of drinks.
7. Their tables are dirty.

Thank God there are other halal chicken restaurants in Woking such as Pepes and Rooster Shack. I won't be coming here again!

Placed an order for delivery the guy on the phone said its £43, seemed like alot for a family meal and 2 extra fries, so I checked up on uber eats ( there was no offer it was there standard price ) its actually £32, I rang up to see if there was some mistake with the price, was told by Bilal to order from uber eats and while I'm on the phone with him he's removed the item from uber eats. I've been ordering from these guys for the last ten years, even after rats were found in the kitchen , I still gave them a chance when they reopened but the tbh they've lost a loyal customer after this nitty move.

This is how our food was served, on paper plates. Sticky tables, clothes gets stuck on it. Staff are miserable. No cutlery, was forced eat with hand, no hand wipes. Nothing like other Roosters peri peri.

This franchise chain needs to work on consistency of food and service.

The chicken here is amazing. The sauce is the difference. Think Nandos but better and hotter if you like it that way. It had some bad press a few years back but has made great changes including new seating and toilets since then. The only issue is parking there isnt much if any but if you are walking or in town anyway it's a great place to eat. Good friendly staff top off the experience and reasonable price make it worthwhile.
