👍 Positives:
- Food is ok. A lot of choices.
- Price are reasonable
- Service is fast
- Self-service machine available
- Staff is welcoming and polite
- Plenty of seats
- Clean

👎 Negatives:
1 - Till will only accept cash payments. Card payments can only be done via a self-service machine.

There are 2 payment machines, but one machine is off (broken?).

As a result, if you pay by card (which most people do nowadays), you have to queue at the only machine available, while the person at the till stares at you doing nothing 😅

I have seen people walking away because of the queue at the machine.

2 - Twice, I have been served with warm soft drink cans.

3 - Bonus (probably an exception):
As I was served with a warm can, I had to interrupt a chat between 2 employees to get attention.

Recommendations:
1 - Switch the second machine on, or accept card payments at the till.
2 - Stock up on cold drinks for rush hours.
3 - If a client presents themselves at the counter, ask what they want. Don't wait for them to interrupt your conversation with your colleague.

Had been coming here ever since I was a kid went back today after a couple of years and was amazed at the poor quality of the burgers. I remember I used to be stuffed after a half pounder but the quality of the meat was bad and it was stale and burnt. Also got the inferno version and there was hardly any sauce in it. Also got a fillet burger and again the taste was off and just tasted like any old burger. Sad to see this place go downhill, will never return time to find another place.

great prices and great staff. very clean. service time is incredibly fast but does not compromise on quality. food tastes absolutely fantastic , very diverse menu - something for everyone

When writing a review, can you be honest for a change? Stop lying with ,,great taste", ,,best wings I ever had"...how can you say that? Did you ate dirt your whole life, and this was your first time trying chicken?
Not even close on being good, rather one of the worst chicken wings I ever had. Stop lying in reviews, you can never find something truthfully good because of all this di**heads. Never again🤦‍♂️

Burgers are rubbish, dry and tasteless. They just put in lots of green chillies and make out it’s the best burgers!

Extortionate price for what you get.

Rather go to a cheap chicken and chips shop than this..

Staff needs more training. I saw them using there hands picking nuggets and chicken no gloves. Very bad communication staff looks like they are forced to work there. It's gonna go down soon if no action is taken

Popular chicken shop located in Hounslow East. I ordered from Deliveroo, delivery was speedy and driver friendly. I had the infamous chicken sandwich inferno it was overfilled and average taste. The chips were also disappointing they arrived cold so was inedible. I expected the wings to deliver since it is a chicken shop , they were average Chick N Run, CFC, KFC down the road offer much better quality. It is also rather expensive for a fast food shop, which is very important in this sector. Overall, I would avoid this place and head elsewhere.

Got a chicken fillet sandwich, had a hair on the side inside of the box. Called them twice but no response, so sadly had to throw in the bin. Waste of money.

Sadly it’s not the first time there’s been hairs in my food. I’ve been a regular Aladins customer since 2011 but think I’ll stop going here anymore.
