Ordered on their website. Food took 2 hours to be delivered, called them three times to get updates and was told 10 minutes on the way each time. It eventually arrived, desserts still frozen, got the wrong drink and most of it was cold. Guy on the phone said to request a refund online and we will get our money back. Not heard anything since, been ignored.

Was a regular customer, I’ve been massively put off by the small portion sizes and ludicrous price points. The descriptions on the menu aren’t great...puns on the food menu with little other information make ordering an unnecessary faff ... keep it simple.

You can’t get garlic bread as a side on a meal deal?! Just a disappointing and frustrating experience. The food is amazing when it’s correct, again though the chip portions are small for the price point. Honestly Nando’s seems to be a cheaper option.

Delivery arrived incorrect and cold. Not the delivery guys fault? This place used to be good. Now it's not while being twice as expensive for half as much.

Awful. Requested no cheese, got cheese, then was refused a replacement because they didn't have an uber delivery driver. Recorded calling for terrible customer service going to trading standards!

Threw up about 1 hour after eating chicken burger and drinking bueno milkshake from here, food tasted okay but 100% gave me food poisoning not happy at all disgusting place.

Burgers came with literally no toppings. Stale buns, dry chicken. £1.50 for a miniscule pot of sauce.

Ordered from here a few times and always been happy. Chicken is always juicy and the rest of the food (dough balls, dessert, chips, slaw etc) is amazing especially for the price! How ever, my order last night was rather disappointing. The food took over two hours to arrive. The chips were cold and soggy. The rest of food was also cold. The texture of the food felt like it was kept under a heat lamp or something. I ordered a wrap and I received a pita instead. Also ordered extra sauces but never received them. When checking with the restaurant after an hour and half of waiting I received no apologies for the delay. I appreciate it was Valentine’s Day but I think over two hours was a little too long to be waiting. Ended up eating at 22:30 which is quite late to have dinner.

Food arrived 30 mins early and cold. Was not edible.
