My 5 year old absolutely loved it!
Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend you pay this place a visit. If you have little ones, you won't be disappointed 👍

Took my 3 year old today - she loved it. The staff were very good at getting her to interact and they have made good use of the space for things to keep them entertained.

The chocolate was also good quality - very good price, and a great way to kill an hour or two with the little ones.

Had lots of fun with my baby cousin here, the staff were so friendly and the final product looked and tasted amazing! All for a very reasonable price! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to take their kids!

unfriendly and rude staff. Wouldn't advice to go there. Prebooked the party for children. The factory changed the time and tried to tell me, that it's my fault. Ok, was waiting for the party, but then they didn't have a time for all that they had in advertising. When I was trying to know what happened and why they made changing without telling, I've got rude answer and recived rude messages on Facebook from their manager. Will never go there again.

Ahh love this place. Been a few times with family and friends - children aged 1 - 9. All loved it.
Two hours is about average for a visit I would say, but if you park on the road outside (2 hour max stay) you might be pushing it as time really does fly.
They do serve some food although we've never eaten there (aside from chocolate of course). Also serve drinks whilst you work which is good.
The chocolate making sessions themselves are reasonably priced and it feels like everyone always has lots of chocolate to go home with. It's a bit of a funny set up, above the market hall (as in it's not the easiest place to find), but once you do I'm sure you'll love it!

7 really excited girls had an amazing time this morning making, eating and in some cases wearing chocolate. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. I recommend this highly and we will definitely be back. Thanks to all for a lovely morning.

So, I brought this as a Groupon voucher. £79.99 but should of been £120.
Where to start....we were there for 63 mins even though it states 2 hours.
The refreshments were either tea or coke. And a bit of choccy cake too......that was dry as anything.
We've each come away with a bad of choccy 9 "truffles"...errr melted choc and a small bit pf cream thats turned into just a choc ball, and 6 mini "sploges" of choccy.
The way this is worded on Groupon sounded like it would be an ok time.
But I could of honestly done this myself at home for about £10....That's with cake and still had change.
I'm gutted I wasted my money. This was for me.and three girls. Just don't go there. If you have £80 to waste.....make sure you go to the store and buy some nice silicone bits and recreate at home

We had a great visit here today. Lovely place with great hosts and lots of chocolate! Who could want more?
Also really great from a covid safety point of view. We will definitely visit again 😊
