My 5yo daughter has been getting haircuts here for over a year now and she enjoys every single visit! Her hair looks lovely even after a few months from the trim, all our concerns and requests have been listened and answered to, she watches her favourite cartoons and there's always a lovely treat at the end :) I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Best hairdressers for kids! my son is quite fussy everything was done to make him comfortable from playing nursery rhymes,constantly reassuring him and keeping him busy made cutting his hair such a ease definitely going back.

My sons first haircut at Grizzly Kids with Libbie was a great experience.
He had a great time sat in a racing car & watching Netflix!
Libbie kept letting him know what she was doing and he was totally relaxed as a result, he even got a certificate (with attached lock of hair as a keepsake) & a chocolate!
Would highly recommend.

Great experience for the first haircut for our boy! Owner is really experienced and the cut looked amazing. Having the cute cars is a bonus, though our boy wouldn’t want to sit in it.

Be careful of their return policy !!!!Honestly when I saw that there was a stationary shop selling good brands shoes I was so glad because I get the size wrong so often. I have purchased shoes online they turned too big ,than my son got ill than we got ill and xmas time. I wrote to them week ago offering that I will come to shop to exchange and they rejected. Honestly if small business can't be a bit flexible than I bet they won't do well, with such a customer service

NOT RECOMMENDED. I booked an appointment and paid in advanced. When I arrived there was a huge delay of an hour which I wasn't informed of. When I tried to speak with the owner she shouted at me and cancelled my appointment without an explanation. Very disappointed and really poor costumer service.

I had been deliberating on my daughter's first haircut for many month. You know the score - would she tolerate it? Would I tolerate it? Do they know how to cut very curly hair? We turned up on a beautiful sunny day, dressed up and hoping for a lovely experience. Anyway, the lady who greeted me at the door (the owner I believe) nearly ruined it all. She was very rude to us in various ways including dismissing my concerns about whether the hairdresser knew how to cut curly hair. She didn't say one word to us the entire time we were there. These 3 stars are entirely for Maisie, the wonderful hairdresser there who put my daughter at ease and gave her a lovely haircut. Despite this I'm not sure I can stomach going back there because who wants to be treated like that?

I went here yesterday with my son, who required a particularly long and complicated haircut. Libby was totally amazing in every way. She remained calm throughout, even when my son was going crazy, and kept up the high quality of her work right till the end. I really think all children should get their hair cut here. Libby is a massive hero!
